Comparative Transcriptome Analysis Providing Resistance Mechanism of Aspergillus oryzae Under Arsenate Stress
نویسندگان
چکیده
The molecular resistance mechanism of Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) under arsenate (As(V)) stress was investigated by comparative transcriptome analysis. In total, 4911 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) A. were detected As(V) stress, including 2103 up-regulated and 2808 down-regulated genes. Genes induced involved in metal ion binding transportation, redox homeostasis, efflux carrier, DNA repair, volatilization, etc. Moreover, eight selected for qRT-PCR verification, their trends consistent with RNA-Seq analysis, which proved that analysis efficient reliable. results indicated the extracellular intracellular synergistic mechanisms contributed to improvement As (V).

Comparative transcriptome analysis of grapevine in response to copper stress
Grapevine is one of the most economically important and widely cultivated fruit crop worldwide. With the industrialization and the popular application of cupric fungicides in grape industry, copper stress and copper pollution are also the factors affecting grape production and berry and wine quality. Here, 3,843 transcripts were significantly differently expressed genes in response to Cu stress...
متن کاملAnalysis of the Thinopyrum elongatum Transcriptome under Water Deficit Stress
The transcriptome of Thinopyrum elongatum under water deficit stress was analyzed using RNA-Seq technology. The results showed that genes involved in processes of amplification of stress signaling, reductions in oxidative damage, creation of protectants, and roots development were expressed differently, which played an important role in the response to water deficit. The Th. elongatum transcrip...

Plasmid-mediated resistance to arsenate, arsenite, and antimony(III) is coordinately induced by arsenate, arsenite, antimony(III), and bismuth(III). Resistance to arsenate was recently shown [Silver, S., Budd, K., Leahy, K.M., Shaw, W.V., Hammond, D., Novick, R.P., Willsky, G.R., Malamy, M.H. & Rosenberg, H. (1981) J. Bacteriol. 146, 983-996] to be due to decreased accumulation of arsenate by t...

Rice is highly sensitive to cold stress during reproductive developmental stages, and little is known about the mechanisms of cold responses in rice anther. Using the HiSeq™ 2000 sequencing platform, the anther transcriptome of photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines (PTGMS) rice Y58S and P64S (Pei'ai64S) were analyzed at the fertility sensitive stage under cold stress. Approximately 24...
